It was fun to try to play a solo with Rob hanging on our shoulders.  Once, he slung his goldy locks a little too close to the tuning pegs on my guitar and got stuck.  There he was, with his hair taken captive by my guitar.  Me, being the professional that I am, started laughing.  He, realizing that that was not the coolest part of the show that night, grabbed his hair and yanked it away from it's 6-string hair eating beast.  I left the hair there for a while afterwards so I could get that same laugh over and over again.  It was really funny when we were doing a show not long after that, that Glenn came dancing over to my side of the stage, during a song, and pointed to his guitar headstock to some of Rob's hair.  He took it out, tossed it at me and danced back over to his side of the stage.

Once, I was butchering a solo and Rob came dancing over to me with his usual self -confident stage presence as if to say to the crowd, "we are super cool rockers," and he leans into my ear and says "play the right notes man."
